The dynamics of team management allows a team manager a model to informally review all members and their embedded performance patterns through a model of identification.
The model then prepares the team leader to spot individual difference and allocate work on basis of optimization of potentials. It also clearly establishes the missing or excess strengths and weaknesses of the group as a whole and devise ways to balance the team in accordance to the objectives.
The workshop aims to raise the personal strengths of the team leaders to a notch higher than the entry point.
